Washburn 125th Anniversary R316SWKK Parlor Acoustic Guitar W/Coffin Case
These are such a cool, fun to play guitar. Hard to find at this point, this one is a great example. Excellent tone, neck is great (action could probably be slightly lower, but its still med-low as it is) this one has been taken care of and not played much at all.
The Washburn R316 SWKK parlor guitar combines the quality and beauty of Washburn’s vintage series guitars. The guitar is built on the parlor platform for a rustic design in a small but powerful package. The guitar starts with a spruce top and Trembesi tonewood back and sides for impressive warm tone and unique beauty. The mah V-neck offers ample dexterity when chording up and down the rosewood fingerboard. The Washburn R316 SWKK parlor guitar has a feeling like a well-worn old friend. The natural finish, beautiful rope purfling, and antique distressed veneer offers a pure vintage look, while the distinctive tone woods bring out all the sound you could ask for in this blues machine.
Following the tradition of instrument making from the late 1800s, Washburn’s Vintage Series guitars have been skillfully “antiqued” to resemble over 100 years of wear. This lovingly recreated version of popular stringed instruments have all the benefits of modern technology with all the romance and passion of the bygone era.
