DW USA Custom Shop 6-Piece Drum Kit W/Shue Beta Mics/Case/May Internal Miking System.
This is a custom DW USA set in factory sparkle/flame finish.
It is an incredible kit that I have been hanging onto for a few years and have not found a use for. I would like to point out that I am not a drummer, I’m a guitar player, so I will do my best:)
This 6 piece kit includes:
-28″ kick drum (20″ depth)
-28″ kick drum (10″depth)
-18″ Tom
-16″ Tom
-14″ Tom
-14″ Snare (10″depth)
As you can see, this kit was custom built to spec with these sizes.
The factory sparkle finish with the ghost flames is simply awesome. One of the coolest looking kits I have ever seen.
There are cases for each drum.
This kit was built from DW with the May Internal Miking System. You can see the holes where the mics permanently mount. The mics were taken out to be used with another kit, but never were. As you can see, the parts are included.
Also included is a complete set of Shure Beta mics for this kit. There are 5 Shure Beta 52 mics and one 57 for the snare. You can do the math: there is well over $1k in Shure mics alone included with this packaged.
The drums are in very good condition. There are no major issues, but there is slight wear here and there on the hoops and an occasional small scratch on a drum. They have been used, but obviously not abused and look great.
What you see is what you get: All the drums, cases for each one and the complete May Internal Miking System with all the Shure mics.
Shipping will be a flat $500 in the US(lower 48) I have decades of experience shipping large items, so these will be well packaged and will come in at least 4 or 5 boxes. The way shipping charges have gone up the past few years it will likely be more as some of the boxes will be very oversized, but I will cover it. Please allow me a couple of days to get everything safely boxed up. Its a lot of work to properly package a drum kit like this:)
