This is the first Shabat I have owned and I have to say, it is a VERY sexy guitar!

Aside from being a Dweezil Zappa Signature model, it is an extremely well made guitar. The fit and finish is amazing and it plays as well as you might expect. A true Custom Shop quality piece, I really couldn’t be more impressed.

A modded-out Lynx built to Dweezil’s specs

The Lynx DZ is a faithful reproduction of Dweezil’s heavily modded Shabat Lynx model, including his body-mounted HSS configuration with a push/pull phase shift on the middle pickup, simplified single-knob layout, custom-cut 3-ply parchment/gold pickguard, and fitted with a Vega-Trem VT1 tremolo.
